Pre-authorisation of a credit card or an agreed security bond which is returnable at the end of your stay is required upon check-in and we reserve the right to invoice you in the event of breakages and damages.
Our Terms and Conditions
The booking will be secured once the rent as detailed on the invoice has been received in full by Coventry Home before arrival. In the absence of payment being received, we reserve the right to cancel the rental.
Forms of Payment
Payments may be made in pounds sterling by BACS transfer, credit or debit card, or cash if agreed before booking.
Cancellation & Early Departure
- Notice of cancellation is required by email at info@coventryhome.co.uk at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
- Stays of 1-7 nights cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
- Stays of 7 or more nights cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 7 nights’ stay.
Inclusive & Additional Charges
Rentals quoted include gas, electricity, heating/air-conditioning, water, basic cable television package and local council tax charges. We reserve the right to adjust control systems if fuel/power is wasted unnecessarily.
Prices quoted also include a weekly housekeeping service; additional week-day housekeeping is available at extra cost. Broadband is free and Car parking are available upon application free with direct bookings.
Arrival, Check-in & Departure
Apartments are reserved from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, unless an early arrival or later departure time is requested and agreed in advance with us, which may be chargeable.
Coventry Home provides a meet and greet key collection service so it is essential that we are advised of your time of arrival.
An estimated arrival time is required a minimum of 72 hours in advance in order for the Owner to arrange a representative to attend the check-in, this will help us coordinate your check in smoother.
Keys
Any keys or remote control devices lost must be reported to us immediately. Loss of keys will incur lock change of accommodation and locksmith charges will incur of at least £100 and £80 – 150 for remote control devices. Please note in case of loss of car park access fob you will be unable to use the car park until the fob has been replaced which may take upto 28 days. In this instance you will need to find alternative parking and remain liable for parking charges.
If a Client locks themselves out of the property and requires our assistance to gain entry, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of a minimum of £50 together with any direct costs incurred i.e. .locksmith’s charges.
Loss or Injury
We accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to personal property nor for any costs incurred by Clients due to travelling delays or alterations, nor for personal accident, death or injury to the Client or any persons using the accommodation provided or member of the Client’s party or visitor howsoever caused.
Occupancy
The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds (1 for a single bed, 2 for each double bed). In some apartments extra beds can be provided and this will be at a charge to be agreed at the time of booking.
If the number of people permitted to occupy an apartment is exceeded, Coventryhome may refuse access to the accommodation and reserves the right to charge for additional apartments or over occupancy. Use of the apartments for Parties or Social Gatherings are by no means allowed.
Cleaning
All properties are professionally cleaned on departure. Clients are responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as on arrival i.e.. interior fixtures and fittings in the same place state and condition, crockery and cutlery washed-up and returned to cupboards and all rubbish disposed of.
